Importance of Father for A Child
Importance of Father for A
Child
As per a report in
“Fathers and their Impact of Children’s Well-being”, since birth the children
who are blessed with an involved father, are more likely to be emotionally
secure, become confident to explore their surroundings, and as they grow older,
have better social connections.” It has also now become a
proven fact that those who get blessed with involved, caring fathers, become
able to get better education than those who do not have involved father. Several
studies have come to a conclusion that an active and caring style of fathering
is directly associated with the better verbal skills, academic achievement and
intellectual functioning among adolescents. That the majority of
studies unequivocally suggest that a father does play a crucial role in the general
health and well-being, behavioral and cognitive areas of a child’s life, there
is no question of the role of father for its proper development. And his
importance make him special.
After you came to know about how much
importance does your father hold for your physically and emotionally, it is
high time you should tell your father about his indispensability on this year Father’s Day.
It is not
that you should shout at your roof top singing the virtues of your father. But,
it is indeed necessary to complement him and make him understand your
unfathomable love and affection towards him. It will be a prudent move for you
if you do all the things related to him on this year Father’s Day----prepare the food that he loves the most, present
him his favorite dress, plan a trip to a place he wants to visit, invite those
to your house with whom he wants to meet with unbridled eagerness.
So, this
year everything else should wait. It should be all about your father!

Father's Day Celebrations Across the Globe
Father's
Day Celebrations Across the Globe
The grateful sons and daughters of the mother earth
never let the Father’s Day go by. For a number of sons and daughters of today,
it is a pay back time for their doted fathers, and hence they use this day to express
their gratitude and tell their fathers about “how much they love their fathers”
and “how much regard they have for their fathers”. It is because of the quest
to complement fathers among the younger generation that the Father’s Day
celebrations have gained immense popularity around the world. In fact its
popularity, in today’s time, is not far behind than that of Halloween and
Valentine’s Day.
It is important here to mention that since Father’s
Day is by now a global festival, it is celebrated around the world, at
different times of the year, in different countries. Father’s Day is celebrated
with great pomp and show in more than fifty countries across the globe on nineteen
different days of the year. Here is the brief description of the country along
with the associated day for the big event:
Ø Germany:
In Germany it is celebrated on the last Sunday of September.

these countries, it is celebrated on
the last Sunday of September.

celebrated on the second Sunday of June.
Ø Brazil: In

However, the one day that is most widely
